Mr. Miller-Just submitted updated IRPA forms
Dear Mr. Miller,
My husband just submitted updated IRPA forms and supporting documents at the Canadian Embassy here in Manila. This is in response to the letter we received stating that we can not be interviewed before April this year. I would just like to get your opinion on the following concerns:
1) Will this updated application package undergo the "paper screening" stage again (where a "paper screener" will decide whether my husband has reached the minimum pass mark of 70) or will it be assessed right away by a visa officer?
2) My husband requested for his CAIPS notes and the Bring Forward Date is 23-06-2003. Does it mean that his file will be reviewed again by a visa officer on this date?
3) I believe that the Embassy will be swamped by updated applications. How do you think will the Embassy review these applications? Will it be on a first come, first served basis or will
it be based on the original interview queue?
I'm sorry for the multiple questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you and best regards

Your guess is as good as mine here. This is a unique process (updating
applications to new law's standards) and each visa post deals with such at
their own discretion. We don't have any reports yet how it really goes in
any particular visa post.

Thank you for your reply. But is it safe to assume that we would be getting another AOR letter on the updated application package?
I look forward to hearing from you again.
Best regards

No, you shouldn't expect another AOR.
