Yes, you need to submit conclusive evidence of your proficiency in English
and/or French. Fact that you are in US for 2 years doesn't prove your level
of English proficiency. Based on your English in the post I think that you
will have rather difficult time proving high proficiency in English, you may
even have problems with moderate level.

Just get a letter from university from pakistan that the medium of study in
the university was english. Also get a letter from u employer that u r
working in English environment. I think that would be enough.
I got 16 points for english after submitting these two documents.

    >>The problem with listening to the outcome of other cases is the
fact that they are individual cases and you have
to consider what happens in the normal course of events. If you do not
write the IELTS then you are at the mercy of the visa officer and that
officer has every right under IRPA to assess your ability to read,
write, speak and listen subject to the material that he has been
provided, and I can tell you that a University degree in the US or
Canada does not make a person fluent and we have had a number of
clients write the IELTStest and they have had Bachelor and in one case
a Doctorate degree in the US and when they took the test they scored a
number of 5s and 6s so be careful about leaving the discretion in the
hands of the visa officer.
