I already explained it many times. If you would just browse through posts in
past week or so you would know the answer.

I simply have no time nor desire to deal with spam email. Spammers are using
various automated software called "harvesters" to extract email addresses
from all over the Internet, including messages posted through all
newsgroups. If they extracted the address with words REMOVE (or any other)
added to the valid address they simply have an invalid email address and
cannot spam me.

And you just (like another person last week) gave those harvesters my valid
email address by posting it in your message without words REMOVE.

Thanks a lot ... :-(((

you've been a great help to spammers.

Do you have a law degree or what qualifications do you have in order to give
legal advice?

Mr. Miller

Actually you are a step or two behind the spammers. Do not for a
moment assume by putting the words "remove" in your email you are OK -
most spammers now have harvesters that remove "remove" or "123" or
"NOEFFINGSPAM" whatever such suffixes that people often use to try to
hide their email addresses.

My suggestion would be to use all alphabet-literals such andrew dot
miller at canada dot com. Of course there are harvesters to figure
that out as well, but *most* AFAIK are not that clever yet - plus you
have more options to "hide" your email and keep changing the
combination. e.g. andrew [d-o-t] miller [a-t] canada [d-o-t] com...and
so on....

In fact, if I may suggest, the best solution for you would be to
create a website or even a one-page HTML webform (it is exceedingly
simple) and ask people to submit information using that web form.
Posting email addresses in newsgroups, in whatever way, shape or form,
is just asking for trouble.

Good luck
Aaron

Can't you read?

Andrew is an immigration consultant as it is clearly stated in his
every post.

He has proven thousand times over in this forum his expertise in past
several years of his invaluable contribution. He is one of the most
respected and knowledgable immigration practitioner helping others in
this newsgroup.

Canadian law doesn't require immigration practitioners to have a law
degree. Same in Australia, New Zealand and dozens of other countries.
Among developed countries only US requires to have a lawyer to
represent applicant before INS.

Canadian government recently announced that immigration practitioners
will be regulated in Canada (really just self-regulated by their own
industry) and will be required to have proper licensing. The move
finally was announced after more than 10 years of pressure from
immigration consultants demanding at least some sort of regulation
from government. As per framework so far disclosed only practitioners
residing in Canada will be able to obtain a license after proving
their qualifications by obtaining immigration practitioner certificate
from Seneca College (also from UBC) or by passing qualifying exam if
they can prove number of years of experience as immigration
practitioners.

This self-regulation will finally shut down most of those "immigration
firms" ripping people off in India, China and few other countries.

BTW, it looks like you are another reincarnation of aikido aka
northernligths

Hello Aikido incantation number 3 or 4 or 5

He is not giving legal advice. I'm quite certain that any consultant
worth their pay would NOT give *legal* advice, because they could be
charged for practicing law. You do not understand the difference
between factual advice following laws and legal advice. The former is
very specific. The latter is interpretive.
