Mr Miller and experts, help on which visa office to apply
Mr Miller and experts
Just in response to your reply to the query on which Visa office to apply,
I am also in the same situation. I am in the UK but come from India.
My visa office is in India, can I apply through visa office in London.
Somewhere I read that I must be either a Uk citizen or a permanent resident in
the UK for me to apply to
the visa office in London.
I have no permanent residency in the UK. I have been in London on a work permit
for 4 years.
Can I still apply via visa office in London ?
thank you
Sanjeet

Re: Mr Miller and experts, help on which visa office to apply
If you are legally in the UK for at least one year then you can apply at the
CHC in London. That seems to apply in your case.

Re: Mr Miller and experts, help on which visa office to apply
The same answer I gave to the other poster applies to you - as long as you are
lawfully admitted to UK for at least 12 months you may apply through CHC
London.
