Mr. Miller - Degree Certificate
Mr. Miller, I had sent my wife's provisional degree certificate to the CIC Buffalo. We just got her Masters degree certificate. Do you think it's worthwhile to send a true/notarized copy of this degree certificate, even though the CIC hasn't really asked us to do it so far? Thanks.
