Default Mr Humphries, Mr Miller, experts, please help on filling form

Experts please help on filling form. I am on H1-B visa and applying through
Buffalo. I have the following queries that are nagging me.

On the "APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE" form, in section 12 on Education,
"How many years of formal education do you have"

Can anybody clarify for me if that does include University education or simply
up till end of high school?

Also on the same form, DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS, do I need to fill in the
details for my entire family, or is it simply for
the family class application that these must be filled in. I am applying under
the independent skilled migrants.
I am the only person applying for immigration.

There is already another form, the "ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION" - which is
clear that I must fill in and include the immediate members of my family.
But the one in the "APPLICATION FOR PERMANET RESIDENCE" is a bit unclear to me.

thanks

Prakash

Default Question About IMM5406 Form

Dear Messrs. Humphries, Miller, Morson, & Others:

I'm tad too nervous that I might have missed out on something essential to my PR application that received a lock-in date of Jan 30, 2002.

I downloaded the forms from the CIC London's web site when I applied. Since I'm an unassisted applicant, I have no idea whether or not an accomplished "Additional Family Information" form will form part of my application package. In short, I didn't fill out this form; and only had the application form and immigration summary form submitted along with my support documents. The latter forms were submitted in duplicate for my wife and mine.

Under the new law, it's explicitly implied that this form is to form part of the application package. I've no knowledge if it was required under the old rule.

Now, did I commit a fatal error in not filling out and including the IMM5406 form in my application package? If so, can I still make a separate submission for it? My case is turning 10 months in the CIC London's inventory. Doesn't it hurt to do the late submission in light of the assessment of my case?

Your professional advise will be deeply appreciated.

Formal education includes university studies directed at a degree.
On the IMM8 your family members are spouse and children.
