Mr. Andrew / PMM ..please advise
Hi Experts,
A friend of mine and his wife are having a serious problem and they are to get divorced. The fact is both of them are landed immigrants. Does this (divorce) affect their immigration status. Considering the fact that lady was the main applicant and my friend was her accompany. Both of them are now holding PR Cards and staying out of Canada.
What is your opinion. Does divorce make any problem for any of them?
Thanks,
Raska
