Default Moving after AOR?

Hello, couple of questions around moving addresses (and even countries) after my AOR.

I had/have several plans for getting into Canada.

A) EE via FST stream - had a successful draw and I submitted my AOR on 22nd Nov, had biometrics etc.

B) PNP via Saskatchewan - doesn't look to be happening due to the increase in NOC's the points cut off has stayed steady for a while.

C) use the partners IEC, let her get a skilled job and then get an open work permit off the back of it, hopefully getting us additional points.

Plan A is ticking along nicely, with plan C sat in the background as a fallback.

One of my rental properties is soon to become empty.

If I was to move to that house, so I could declutter, finish up the refurb of the house I am currently living in and sell it - would there by any issues with doing so, I would still be able to pick up my post for 2-3 months or more whilst house sale is going through, I could then get a redirect on post for another 90 days to ensure I still got my COPR letter. or can I simply update my address post AOR without causing complications or delays?

Second question, if my EE application takes 8 months+ would entering the country as an IEC and a visitor cause any issues? and again could I sort out moving postal address (to either an address back home and accept I'd need to fly back, then re enter the country - or to an address in Canada).
