What if you dont have the $9,000.00 dollars by the time you make your application,
can you still make your application and save towards it before you are called for
interview. Also can you attach a note with a list of documents that you are still
waiting for.

In such case you'll be fine if proof of funds is presented at the time of interview.

Hi:

You can submit your application, and subsequently provide proof of the necessary
settlement funds, and documents when you have obtained it. Just make sure that you
provide your CIC file number when you forward your subsequent documents.
