PNP Application for skilled workers
Hello,
I have been working for many years as a multi-trade person, doing jobs from Loft conversions, bespoke built in wardrobes, shelves, door hanging, window repair, soffits and facia's, guttering, patio's, decking, bespoke carpentry including design, tiling, wooden flooring, fencing and painting and decorating. Although I have learned these skills on the job and am fully competent, I have no formal trade certification or post secondary qualifications.
Has anyone in a similar situation to me, ie skilled but no papers, applied or is about to apply for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program? I am English born and bread and it says a language proficiency test result must be submitted with the application. Is this still required if I'm English?
I have an uncle that lives in Manitoba.
If so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
