mistake in the application form. Please Help Experts , Anyone!!
Hi,
I made a mistake in filling my mom's birthdate in the application that I submitted to Buffalo. I have got the AOR but our application has not yet been processed. Is it possible to change that info now by telling them the right birthdate?
How do I do it? Also will our application be delayed because of this or simply rejected because of giving wrong information.
Anyone please help !!

Your best bet is to try and get hold of CHC buffalo on the phone ( i know its hard sometimes ), and once you get hold of them, tell the rep your situation and ask for a fax # to send the right info to.

The fax number is indicated on the letter with AOR.
No need to call. You should fax and mail the updated form.
