Before you go getting all self righteous, if you bothered to actually read the CIC site you pasted in, you will see that all these scenarios are for temporary workers or visitors, rather than for a PR applicant.

You come here ignorantly posting crap about all kinds of stuff here, pretending you know something about running a business, claiming any respectable business would pay to advertise in the YP, having a go at AMs credentials blah blah blah blah. Well "Shit or get of the pot" ....Tell us where the issue of where to do your medicals if you are in a different country to your "citizenship" home, and how to ensure that your medical results are sent to the correct CIC office, is covered on the "helpful" link you posted, or anywhere else on the cic site....and PLEASE....TRY NOT TO START A NEW THREAD WITH THE REPLY...USE "REPLY TO GROUP"

In your extensive experience of the immigration process, what should the OP (thats Original Poster) do?
