Hi there,
Finally got medical req. today together with request for landing fee

Thank you maddhobs, little D and getting there.
I could see couple of codes on medical form like REQ: CCD and BFTO: CDR.
I was wondering what do these codes mean. Any idea folks?

Have no idea what the codes mean but I wouldn't worry about it as the Meds are pretty straight forward - apart from the high tech hearing test where a nurse stood across the room and whispers a question to which my wife answered "what?" not knowing this was the hearing test!!!!

I had to touch my nose and then her finger test, she moves her finger you touch your nose and then her finger.

Well we looked a right pair of spuds, a 5 yr old could do better.
