Default Lost Email Communication from London office

Hello!

I've just been able to log in online to see that the London office where our permanent residence application is being processed (I'm sponsoring my husband) sent an email back in November. Neither my husband nor I saw that email - and we check our junk folders regularly!

They are likely waiting for additional documentation but now I don't know how we find out what they're requesting.

Any idea how I can go about requesting a re-send of that original email?

Many thanks in advance!

You need to send them a case specific email, that should do it hopefully. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-r...e-cas-eng.aspx

Good luck.

Thank you - I did that but feel sick for having to wait up to 28 days for a response. I'm worried that they give a deadline for getting requested documents back to them and we've passed that deadline now, and time is just ticking by as we wait for a response via the case specific email. I'm in full panic mode that the application may even be rejected because of the delay! I hope I'm just being crazy...

There's no other way of contacting them I'm afraid, so you just have to hang tight and hope that they respond to your case specific enquiry soon. Hopefully if they sent it in November then another week or two won't make any difference.

Best of luck.
