Just starting out
Hi There,
New to the forum, just starting out and have a couple of questions.
Introductions first, I'm Mark a Mechanical Fitter with 20 years post apprenticeship experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance. Oil/Gas, Power Generation and Mineral Resources. I'm currently working in an Iron ORe mine, FIFO in West Australia, originally from UK, made the move here in 2011. Work wise things haven't really panned out, thinking about making the move to Canada. Considering B.C
First off, can anyone give me an indicator of expected salary in my trade and how easy to come by are the FIFO jobs?
Can anyone point me towards any employer/s that would consider PNP?
Find it absurd that I have to take an English language test, but there you go, that's the first step I guess.
Thanks in advance for you help.

Check out express entry.
It's not easy to get in to Canada mate and the jobs have gone quieter. Not dead per se, but definitely quieter.
