Mr. Humphries, In cases of Within Spouse applications. The time CIC takes to reply is
90 days. Does one expect AIP after that or usually AOR. I am asking in concern of
an Indian being sponsored where the police clearance is done by CIC itself and
assuming applications sent are not missing anything.

The AIP, or a notice of transfer of the file to the local CIC, would normally come
after the AOR letter. The time for the AIP to come varies. Jim Humphries
