Hii group,

I am on the verge of finishing Master Degree in Canada.
Following is my time line:

1) Applied : Feb or MArch 2002
2) Processing started at CIC Buf: July, 2002
3) Request for Medical, Criminal and ROLF : Oct, 2003
4) Sent ROLF, Criminal, Medical reports : Nov, 2003
(to respective officies)

After that I have not received any thing from CIC Buff. My question is
regarding the interview wavier letter. I don't know if the letter is
issued seperately, because for me it was mentioned in 3)
correspondence that the officer does not feel the necessity of
interview at this moment ...., stuff like that. Does this suffice
interview wavier ??

Since it has already been 5 months I did the test, how much more time
is still required ?? Any body has same time line as me, please help to
dig out the information.
By the way my nationality is Indian.

It seems that you will not be interviewed. They would not ask you to take
the medical and pay the ROLF if an interview were to be required.

I applied from Hong Kong and Indian citizen too. I got medical papers and landing fee request. But I did not get any letter that says that your interview is waive off.


My lawyer told me that " if you get landing fee request and medical papers it means that your interview is waive off"

I hope so.
