interview at london
Pl. see signature for details.
I have an interview scheduled on april 22 in london. Since I didnt hear from London CHC for over a year i applied again in the US.
I wont be able to attend my interview since
1) It will be difficult for me to go to the UK on those days
2) My original papers are with CHC in US
is there a problem if i ask for rescheduling the interview ?
the letter says that i can reshedule if I have 'a strong reason' . thats pretty subjective. what would, in the eyes of the CHC, be strong reasons ? would inability to come to the UK because of work related issues be 'strong' enough ?
anyone with exp in this pl. share ur experience

Re: interview at london
Why did you do such thing? Your application in US will confuse the entire
process as you cannot have 2 PR applications at the same time. Once
confusion hits the system your case in London will also be affected and
you'll experience extra delays because of that. If you don't want to go to
London then withdraw your application there ASAP and leave the one in
Buffalo. Let's hope that it is not yet in the assessment stage and won't
make much mess if London's case is quickly withdrawn. You cannot have
interview in US for case processed in London, period. Rescheduling interview
in London while having another application pending in Buffalo will make more
mess. Decide which one you want to proceed with and withdraw the other one
pronto.
