Default Initial Assessment Letter -E-client Status

Hello Experts/other prospective applicants,

My file was transferred to Buffalo (from CHC, New Delhi) in Feb 2002. All these days, I was not able to check the status in E-client. Today I tried it and to my surprise it is showing the status as "in process". I did not receive my first initial assessment letter, yet. But, I have got a notice from RPC about a month back asking me to submit the new updated forms for myself and spouse, which I sent the very next day.

I read in the forum discussions that one will be able to check the status in E-client, only when you receive the initial assessment letter from VISA offcie. Does this mean that my initial assessment letter is dispatched and it is on the way?

Anyone, who has similar experience may please comment on this...

Thanks in advance !

Damodar

I applied in Feb 2002. E-client worked a week ago, but I haven't got any news from Buffalo, even asking for the new forms. I am waiting and waiting.

Update my timeline:
Applied: Feb 2002 to Buffalo as skill worker class
AOR:Early June 2002
Initial assessment: May 13th 2003
Interview waive
Ask for medical exam after 6 months
Updated current reference letter
Bank statement.

They did not even ask for the new forms. I am a little surprised. Do I
need to sent them?
Thanks,
Fire

Hi Firefire,

Congrats for getting interview waiver and medical papers. If they don't ask for new forms, then there is no need to send them.

FYI: my application was received on Feb 1, 2002 and they started procesing on Feb 8, 2002, but yet to receive initial assessment letter.

Could you pl tell me on which date they have received your application at Buffalo. I think you will be able to see it in eclient status.

Your informtaion will be helpful for me and many others who are waiting for initial assessment letters.

Hi, Damodar,
Thanks a lot.
My e-client shows that my application was received on Feb11 2002 and started processing on May 23 2002.
I got the assessment letter 10 days after my e-client started working. I guess your letter is on the way. You will get it in a few days. Hope this helpful.

Hi Firefire,

Could you see in your client status the details like interview waiver and medical instructions ? Pl let me know if you find these details in your eclient.

Hope you will respond.

Thanks

No, there is no any changes since it worked. I guess it will keep the same information at lease half year.

Hi fire,
it seems you are very familiar with how this e-client work. a friend
of mine wants to know whether there is a correlation between being
able to access your E-client and dispatching of initial assessment
letter? my friend has not been able to access her e-client since she
applied last year
