Implied status for OH?
Hi,
Background:
BUNAC 1 year visa, expires oct
PNP nominated.
If I send off the application for TWP (rather than flagpole) would I be able to continue to work under implied status.
Secondly would my OH (same visa) be able to continue to work under implied status.
Lastly, do we each need to send an application for a TWP?
