Immigration process - urgent
My wife is a candian citizen and i'm an international student studying
in US. I have yet 2 more years to graduate. If my wife is filing
papers to sponsor me to canada as spouse, then where will have my
papers be sent? US or my country of origin? and where will my
interview take place? in US or my country of origin. My problem also
is since i'm studying here, i cannot quit everything and go back to my
country and wait for the whole process. Also it will be great if
anyone can tell me how much time the whole process will take? Can
anyone help me with this problem?

If you have status in the US for at least a year, the application can be
processed through Buffalo. No one can give you an exact time, CIC tries to
process spouses within 6 months, but it depends on your citizenship, where
you have lived.etc.
