IMM5669e Schedule A question...
Howdy chaps, got a quick question regarding this form. I've browsed the forums and found a few similar things to what I'm asking but nothing definitive:
Q4: Personal details of your father.
I haven't spoken to my biological father for more than a decade, to be brutally honest I don't even know if he's still alive and I'm not inclined to find out. I saw one post where the poster was advised that adding in parental details is only really a way of setting up a possible sponsorship for them at a later date.
Given my lack of knowledge about my biological father, what should I put on the form?
Also, this is all in advance of a Federal Self Employed application later this year. Just trying to get my ducks in a row...
Thanks in advance

Hi
1. Save yourself some trouble. Just include the information that you know about your father, the rest mark as unknown. You should include a short note that you haven't had any contact in 10 years.
