Is IMM1000 enough to return to Canada? , Thanks.
Hi all friends :
1-I landed feb 2002 ,left Canada having my IMM1000, the new rules were
not issued yet, so I have not PR card, Now I out side Canada , my
question is : Is IMM1000 enough to use commerial cariers and renter
Canada?
2- the CIC sent to me 4 visas for me , my wife , my 2 daughters, for
special reasons the family donot landed , the 3 visas were expired ,it
still with me , my question is: should I return the visas to London
office , what about the fees I had paied?

Up until 31/12/03.

Return them to London and request refund Right of Permanent Resident Fee.
Application fee is not refundable.

providing there is no "not valid for travel" stamp on your IMM1000 then you
can use it for travel until December 31st when they become invalid. You
should get the PR card before that point.
