22 points only if it is a non-university diploma, with at least 15 years of
education.

So you mean to say that a Engineering Degree(which is a vocational
degree) will fetch only 20 points

So, is it a degree or diploma? Is it from university or from a
non-university type of school? If it is a university diploma then is it a
Bachelor's level diploma or something below that?

And to clarify your specific queries
1.It is a degree
2.The degree is awarded by a University but the course is conducted by
a vocational/Engineering school
(In India the degree awarding institution and school need not be the
same)
3.And it is Bachelor's level degree but a
professional/vocational/Engineering degree and my specialisation is
Electronics

And the reason for the question is 2 points extra for a diploma holder
sounded unusual since
In India the B.Tech degree is always considered the superior
qualification for an Engineering Job in govt/private sectors.
(since diploma is 3 years and professional engineering degree is 4
years course)

Regards
Kofi
