Hello guys think we are on the final hurdle now for p.r 😀 passed medical s progress bar says June 16th to complete !!! But just got a message in my account to say they need my husband and I to submit imm669 schedule a form !! Obviously we have already done this whe n we first applied one and a half years ago through paper based. Just curious to know if anyone else has been asked for this so close to completion ? Panicking/worrying a bit now, thanks. Tamasin

That sounds like a standard - updated IMM 5669 Schedule A request (background declaration) as it's been 18 months since you first submitted the application and they need to know if anything has changed... pretty much anyone who's application has taken longer than about a year gets asked to submit an updated one..

Just copy the details from the original one that you sent in (you kept a copy, I presume) and then update it with any new information and the 'to' dates and submit asap!

+1 for Siouxie post. Perfectly normal for them to ask for an updated version immediately prior to approval. See this as a very good sign!
