Default IEC for daughter already in Canada

Hi

hoping for some help - we are currently in Canada on work permits (applying for PR under cec but sitting waiting for a draw !) our daughter who is 18 graduated here and will also be on our pr application.

now iec has opened can she apply for this even though she is already here in Canada , under working holiday ?

on the eligibility questionnaire it seems yes she can but asks how long does she want to stay - does she select permanently as she will be on our PR app or 2 years as that’s the max iec permit is allowed ?

it also asks about health insurance does she need this separate even though she is currently eligible for ohip ?

do we select her permanent residence as U.K. and current as Canada (as technically we have a home in the U.K. and we are not yet perm resident of Canada )

thanks in advance for any help just want to make sure her profile answers are correct !

1, Yes, she can apply.
2. 2 Years (The PR application is a side issue)
3. She needs health insurance because it has to have repatriation.
4. She is a UK residenct, she only has visitor status in Canada.
