hi,

How to write a job offer letter that need to go thru HRDC approval? What are those important points must on the letter?

It is not you who writes job offer letter - it is your employer who should
do it and it is your employer (or their agent) who applies for HRDC
approval. A lot depends from what kind of HRDC approval is needed - a job
offer validation for Work Permit or Arranged Employment Opinion for PR
application. Job offer must be legitimate and truthful, must include terms
and conditions of the job, period of employment, salary, etc., and employer
must be in operation for at least past 12 months and have proven employment
record for the same period. If you are to be their first employee then you
may forget about approval.
