How much more time from Damascus

I am from Paksitan and applied for PR from Damascus, I appeared for interview in
January 2001 and cleared it and fulfilled remaining conditions ie medical
examination(14th February), ROLF payment and proof of funds. Since then I am waiting
for my landing papers, can anybody tell me how much more time to wait since the whole
process has taken 3 years(Application filling date 6 june 1998.
