My fiancée and I are planning on moving to Canada and we filled out one of the free
assesments available on the web as individuals. He got a posiitve response but
unfortunatly I didn't. If he got a visa would I be able to go as his dependant and
would I be able to work?

Hi:
You would only be included as a dependent if you were to marry.
Yours truly, Ingrid Y. Chen, B.A., LL.B.

A fiance(e) is not included within the present definition of an accompanying
dependent. As such, issuance of landing documents to him would not automatically
confer similar status to yourself.
If married prior to or during the process, however, the situation would be different
and you would be granted the same privileges as he would.
