Help, TFW skilled worker advice please!
Evening Ladies and Gents,
As part of my Temporary Foreign Worker Visa, I have to challenge the Interprovincial Red Seal exam. I'm allowed two attempts at the exam and I have a 12 month work permit. My question is, as I have a wife and two children here, should I not pass the exams on the two attempts am I able to apply for an extension on my visa or is it a case closed go back to the UK scenario?
