help me out
i am a pakistani guy having residency visa of qatar and i am working
in qatar and i want to apply for canadian immigration plz be advised
that according to new laws this is the correct info. or not that we
can only apply from london .
we cannot apply through UAE according to new rule.

Yes, you must apply through CHC London or through CHC Islamabad.

Based on your current job status and working visa terms keep in view the
required processing time for Canadian Immigration. I had asked around in
1998 and at that time what I understood - processing time from Pakistan
was close to 5 years (I am from IT background), however, from London, UK it
took 18-20 months.
If you choose to apply from UK and may need to appear for an interview, keep
in view tough Visa requirements for UK and significant traveling costs
(specially if travel with family).
