I currently hold an EA valid for next 14 months that is exempt
from Canada Employment Centre validation (post graduate research
assisstant).
I plan to apply for PR and my current employer is willing to offer me
a permanent job on this position.
Does he need this job offer to be validated?
If not will I get 10 points under "ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT IN CANADA"
factor even in fact the position will not be really validated?
