Help: IELTS exam center close to NYC?
I want to take the IELTS. I checked IELTS homepage which shows only 6
exam centers in US and the nearest one to New York City is in VA.
I want to know if there is any other location available. I remeber
someone posted a message that his/her friend took IELTS in Manhattan.
If you know it's true, can I get more information? Thanks.
