Maple Leaf Card ---- can I put all of my family's application documents in one package?
Hi!
I just want to know if it's OK to put together my entire family's
application package (there's four of us) in one envelope? (Yes, I will
separate the docs individually inside the envelope.)
Also, since my two kids are minors, I am required to sign for them in the
Supplementary Identification Form. My question is, am I supposed to write
their names or my name in the area where I'm supposed to sign?
Thank you for your help.
Greg

Sign your name only on their forms.
