Gramick's TN book?!? what gives?

http://www.grasmick.com/index.htm I obtained the electronic copy of Gramick's TN
Book, back in March of 2001. I paid about $300 for it and now it won't work past the
fourth page or so. It tells me I have to purchase it! yet I did already! In addition
the purchase compnay for it seems to be out of business now! What a rip! If anybody
has info on how to reopen my book please get bakc to me regards Phil
