Dear Mr Miller and Mr Humpherys,

I received my passport request today, thanks to you for all your
advise and help and supoort you provided on this group. Thanks a lot
to all the group members who have provided so much information to help
others.

Please advice me on this question and the reason I am asking is that
my case was not very straight forward. I combined my wife's file and
my file after we got married into one file, me being the principle
applicant.
But my Passport Request letter has only my name on it and my spouse
name is not there So is that the normal way they send the passport
request for a family with only the principle applicants name on it or
should I also expect to see my wife's name on it. Although they have
asked to send passports for myself and any accompanying family member
below in the Passport requirements section. Please advise me on this
question?

Applied: Oct 2001
AOR: Nov 2001
Additional forms and medical (do after 6 months): Nov 2002
Medical done : May 2003
Passport Request: Feb 2004

Yes, it is normal - letter is always addressed to principal applicant.

Could you please let us know , when did you add yr spouse to yr file and what are your nationalities ? Thanks

I have a similar timeline as yours just a month behind and I added my husband to my file in Feb 2003. Seeing your case has made me hopeful that we also might get the PP request soon.
