Default Fingerprints Rejected by FBI twice ! Should i send rest of the documents?

Fewww....Mine were ok and got "no record found" stamp but my wife's
prints are now rejected 2nd time. I have not yet got the rejection
reason but I called CJIS division and they said that my wife's prints
are again rejected and they have mailed the reason and original prints
on this Wed.

Now if anyone of you have been through this experience, what to do? I
got my self and my wife fingerprinted from CBI (county bureau of
investigation) assuming that they will take the prints properly. Where
else to go?

Initial assessment letter gave me 90 days to submit everything (it
stated that its better to submit everything together) and I have 40
days remaining. I asked the lady at FBI-CJIS division whether my
resubmitted prints will take any priority but she said NO!! And this
means that it will take anything from 30 to 40 days in getting the
prints back from FBI.

Should I let Buffalo know that I'll be late in submitting the
documents (due to…) or I send them rest of the documents (pay slips,
W2, bank statements and updated letter from current employee) and mail
the prints after I get the prints from FBI?

Wait until you get the print rejection letter, then send that and everything
else with a note stating that your wife will be retaking the fingerprints
and that they will follow, when the results are received.

Try electronic finger printing. It may work. I am not sure about the
details. You may run a google search, and find the places where they do
this.

Its morbid, but if you are having real problems getting readable
fingerprints, check with your local police department to see who
fingerprints the corpses and if that person can do your prints for you.
Take the FBI rejection letters.
