Hi Everybody:

Could anyone tell me where I could get the form for FBI clearance in
Atlanta and where could I get the fingerprinting done ?

I just want to apply for the clearance so that I have it when I get
the assesment done.

Fingerprinting can typically be done at a local police station, which
should also be able to provide the necessary application forms. If the
police station is not able to conduct the fingerprinting, then you
should look for a private fingerprinting agency in the Yellow Pages.
