Fiance Visitor Visa
Does canada have finance visitor visas? and if so can permanent residents finances use it or is it just for canadians?

Visas are for people from certain countries who need to apply for a specific type of visa at overseas offices before they can come to Canada as a visitor, worker or student.
If a citizen of these countries then a visa and eTA is required
Entry requirements by country
Citizens of the UK with a UK passport do not need a visa to visit but require the eTA. If they wish to work or study then they need a Work PERMIT or Study PERMIT which are not a Visa.
A visa is an official document that is inserted inside a passport giving permission for you to come to Canada.
