Express Entry - Police Certificate invalid if visiting again after PCC received?
Hi all,
my common law spouse is a Spanish Citizen. We now live in Canada on a TWP. We are about to create our EE Profile and her situation is the following.
The official Immigration website states in regards to PCC "If you need one from a country where you lived in the past, it must have been issued after you last lived in that country."
The thing is that she is traveling to Spain for a couple of weeks in late July, so if she was to request a Spanish PCC now, would it then be invalidated by her visit to Spain in July and she would need to request another one? In other words, should she request her PCC only AFTER coming back from her visit to Spain in July?
Thank you for your help!

For the sake of less of potential problems I would request it after she has returned from Spain from this last visit.
