Dear all, if someone could answer this question I would be grateful: when
an application for permanent residency is submitted from outside (through
Buffalo, for example), is the applicant allowed to move to Canada on a
temporary visitor visa while she waits (she's American)? Or would she have
to wait outside the country until her application goes through?
