Email from CIC - legit?
So my second IEC application was refused because I made a small error on my form so it didn't match my passport, but I just received an email today from [email protected] saying that they recently reviewed their refusal process and if I want my application reviewed I need to respond to the email with my WTN and all future correspondence would be through my Kompass account.
Seems a bit weird that they wouldn't just send a message through my Kompass account now, so I haven't responded yet. Has anyone else had this or know if it's legit?

Re: Email from CIC - legit?
Seems unlikely to be a scam if they're asking you to email an account @gic.gc.ca. However, what happens when you hit 'reply' in your mail reader? The reply-to address on an email can be different to the 'from' address. If your mail reader doesn't show [email protected] as the to address when you try to reply, then it's likely dodgy.
