Good luck,my e-client changed in January and I heard from them in Feb-05, since then, they have been sending letters as though I'm the only one who needs them.

Thats crazy why did they removed the medicals received? Anyways, good news for you e-client addicts, the last Monday holiday--Presidents Day in the USA, I think--the update happened as usual (according to those who received updates).

Also, the Buffalo office does not observe Easter as a holiday--only Good Friday. So they will be open. Besides, *everyone* (at least all e-client addicts) knows that the e-client change happens some time between 4-6am on Monday morning.

Is it EST ? I have to estimate what time it would be in MST .

Good question Pattu, that is Eastern standard time (I am in the West but figured more people are in the East). All I know is that when I checked at 3:00 am EST it still hadn't changed, when I awoke in the early morning it had changed. Other people have posted that they checked at about 4-5 am and noticed the change, so that is the basis of my guess-timate.
