Draft Settlement Agreement again
Dear all,
There were a lot of ?? and answers, but I hope you can help me to understand my situation in the given case:
applied Bucharest Apr.2001, have no sel. decission, IELTS and new documents sent Aug. 2004, asked for one diploma Oct. 2004.My questins are:
1. Can I expect smth. before 15.03.2005 (when the draft settlement will be approved)?
2.If I will not get the selection decision till then, shall i be waiting 4 more years
3. Can I start the quebec procedure while waiting for federal procedure?
How all this will affect my case.

Nobody knows what will happen between now and April with all affected cases as CIC is not telling.
