No, No, Canadian PRs, unless they are on the US waiver list require a
Visitor Visa for US.

No, GC holder doesn't need visa to enter Canada as visitor.
But Canadian Permanent Resident needs visa to enter US, unless s/he is a
citizen of the country on US Visa Waiver Program list.

Green card holders don't need a visa to enter the USA. ;-)
Actually, all Canadian PRs require a visa to enter the US, unless they
are citizens of a country on the US Visa Waiver program.
