what would be the best mode of transportation from usa to return back to canada???
i am permanent resident of canada, a landed immigrant, holding indian
passport. right now, i am in the united states of america. i came here
from canada in the first week of march 2003 without any visa stamped
on my passport. i understand that from march 17 2003, all permanent
residents of canada (with some exceptions) do need a visa to enter
usa.
i am planning to return back to canada in the first week of july 2003.
my concern is, what will be the best mode of transportation (from
chicago to toronto) plane, bus or train? can anyone please share their
past experiences regarding what immigration related questions may be
asked at the border / port of entry?
