Default Documents sent back

Hi,

I had applied for skilled worker Canada immigration to buffalo office
2 weeks ago, but its been sent back for following problem, please
advise.

I)
Problem : extra fee
I had sent $3050 USD for 2 people (myself and spouse).

Had to:
send $ 3050 CSD. can I go back to wells Fargo bank, convert my old
money order to a new one for $2375.00 USD
(is my CSD-to-USD conversion correct).

II) they also need the following.
1) a written submission explaining your training in english.

==============================

I had sent a letter issued by my Engineering collage (India) which
clearly stated, that I have studied 4 years Engineering course and
medium of instruction is in English.

This time i plan to use a highliter to mark "English" on this letter,
i am submitting.

also my high school marks card clearly says medium of instruction as
"English"

again I will use a yellow/pink highlighter to high light it.

Any advice ?

========================================

2) an explaination of how you commonly use English or

French.

3) official documentation of education in english or

french

4) official documentation of of work experience in

english or french.

================================================== =====
I had sent all my work experience which gave details of where and when
I worked and also which areas I worked in.
I thought if I submit an experience letter from a very well know High
tech company based in San Jose USA, that should automatically mean, I
use English for everyday usage @ office.
please advice. i am not sure if my HR will give me a letter saying, i
use english @ work.

they have given me a letter saying "this person with SSN this is
working with us form 2001 and gets a salary of XX PA"

then from my manager, I have taken a letter giving details of area of
work and my responsibilities.

Infact i have even sent some of my H1b papers to show i am working in
USA.

what could be wrong there, please advice.
==================================

Thanks in advance.

1) Wrong. Don't use any of your "conversions" - if you want to pay fee in
USD then Buffalo states exactly how much it should be at any particular day.
But the best is to submit fee in CAD - Buffalo's fees in USD change often
and if such change happens while your package is in the mail then you'll get
it back again.

2) Wrong again. You submitted some sort of substitute evidence of your
proficiency in English but you haven't included your own submission letter
explaining how, when and where you learned language, how, when and where you
use it in your daily life and providing proper references to submitted
evidence.

Dear Harsha:

If you under pay or over pay your application will be returned. You can
take your money order back to the bank and have them change it to the exact
US dollar amount as CIC indicates.

You can not assume that the visa officer can read your mind. It is best to
write a letter in detail about how you learned English and how you use it on
a daily basis. Indicate in the letter that your medium of instruction in
school was English.

You can get a co-worker to write a letter to CIC on your behalf indicating
that you communicate with this person on a daily basis in English, and have
your co-worker indicate in the letter how they rate your daily English.

Yours truly,
Lori Roberts

Harsha, you mentioned Wells Fargo - that is my bank as well (hello
neighbour, I work in Cupertino!). Just ask the teller for a "foreign draft"
which is made out in Canadian dollars in the appropriate amount. They will
charge you a service fee but it winds up actually being drawn on a Canadian
bank (mine came from one in Vancouver or something) so it's a better bet
than sending USD or fiddling around with a money order or anything.

You can send a draft in US dollars.

See http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/can-am/...t=501&did=1261
and there is a separate schedule for US dollar payment.
