Hi all,
right after I received my interview waiver, Buffalo Office asked to provide them with
American Police Certificate since I am in the US on H1B, that was 7 month ago and I
am still waiting for my landing papers. do you think they will ask me for updated one
since the last one is already 7 month old.

They might ask if the processing of your case takes something over one year from the
date of the old one. Then again, they might not. There is no fast rule. Jim Humphries
