Default "Diploma of Higher Education" (2yr) question

Wotcha lovely peeps
(Yes, we're still in the UK. Hey ho)

My other half has just started a Masters with the OU while we get ourselves sorted here for the time being. I'm pondering some form of higher education for points purposes - does anyone know if the OU "Diploma of Higher Education" counts as the 2-year diploma in the FSW scoring
(e.g. Social Sciences Courses | Open University / other info about the OU certs : http://www.open.ac.uk/courses/types )

I've had a look about, not quite found an entire answer so thought I'd ask as someone has probably got the exact answer, based on their experience, at the tips of their fingers (you usually do).

Thank you, fine and fabulous future Canadian compadres!
