Default Diabetic

Hi

I am an insulin dependant diabetic. I have been informed by CHC that whether I pass or fail the medical will depend on how well controlled by diabetes is, if that is the case then I should not have any problems.

Do any of you know of anyone who has successfully obtained their permanent residence visas and is an insulin dependant diabetic. I guess I just want the reassurance that it is possible

Thanks for the reply.

Is there anything that I can do to reassure the examining doctor - if our medical requests ever come through ? I thought that a letter from my diabetic consultant stating that I had good control and no problems etc may help ? What are your thoughts on this ?
